Is this a private rental?

2 dogs are welcome when disclosed in the booking request. No other animals are allowed without specific owner approval. The pet fee is $75 per pet.

Guests should gather used towels, remove personal items and leftover food or drinks, turn off lights, and lock the doors.

How does direct booking avoid double bookings?

Direct booking requests are checked against owner blocks, confirmed reservations, and connected external calendar feeds before the owners confirm next steps.

How will payment work?

For stays booked more than 30 days in advance, 50% is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before check-in. For stays booked within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 100% refund is available only if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of receiving booking confirmation. After that grace period, cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
