Occupancy
The home is set up for a maximum of 6 guests, and the minimum renter age is 25.
Children
Children are welcome, with extra supervision around the balcony, deck, and patio spaces.
Pets
2 dogs are welcome when disclosed in the booking request. No other animals are allowed without specific owner approval.
Parking
Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles parked in tandem.
Events And Smoking
Events are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted.
Quiet Neighborhood
The home is in a quiet neighborhood suited for quieter groups, with no tolerance for excessive noise, parties, or occupancy.
Noise Monitoring
Privacy-compliant smart home technology may alert the team when excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected. It does not monitor personal conversations.
Property Notes
The home does not have air conditioning, and the fireplace in the upper home is non-operational.
